Patrick is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Loyola University Chicago School of Business, and has advanced legal training from both ESADE Law School in Barcelona and Université de Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne, in Paris. Patrick previously was a senior litigation associate at Dontzin Nagy & Fleissig LLP, where he represented Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, world famous artists, art galleries, and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes litigations. Prior to that, Patrick was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York City, and worked as a federal district court law clerk. He is currently a Senior Vice President at Praedium Capital Partners in Barcelona. Patrick is licensed to practice in New York and Colorado, and is admitted in federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States.

Anna is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.M.) and the University of Warsaw in Poland (Masters in Law). She has a broad portfolio of skills in corporate and commercial law, as well as in regulatory and compliance issues. She started her career as an associate in the banking and corporate departments at the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance and later continued her career at the BSJP and KL Gates law firms Warsaw. Prior to creating Cleverly Discovery, she was the regional legal counsel of an international corporation based in Denmark, where she supervised legal departments in France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands, and was, among other things, responsible for the implementation of compliance programs and oversight of high-stakes litigations.

She has extensive experience in national and cross-border commercial and M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures in various industries. She started her career as a corporate associate at Cuatrecasas in Barcelona and continued developing her career in the United States as a private equity associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York City. After years in Biglaw, she transitioned to an in-house role as legal counsel at the multinational Abertis in Barcelona. Helena is admitted to practice in New York and throughout Spain.
