In today’s data driven world, e-discovery presents critical and costly challenges for companies facing a litigation or governmental investigation. Companies are often forced to choose between paying large law firms huges fees for junior associates to toil away reviewing documents, or outsourcing to cut-rate reviewers that take no ownership of their work.
As attorneys that had to make these decisions for companies and clients, we were annoyed by this. So we decided to fix it.
